Privacy Policy

Zipgo Learn ("we", "us") is the learning platform at learn.zipgo.ai, part of Zipgo (zipgo.ai). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

• Phone number. Sign-in is passwordless: we collect your phone number and send one-time codes through Twilio Verify. We also use Twilio Lookup to screen out VoIP numbers at signup.
• Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we store only order records (what you bought, the price, and Stripe's reference IDs).
• Learning activity. The topics you request, the courses we generate for you, your quiz and exam answers, activity submissions (including files you upload for review), course progress, and messages you send to the AI tutor.
• Feedback. Reports you submit through the feedback tool, including the page element you flagged.
• Referral and campaign data. If you arrive through a referral link or an ad, we record the referral code or campaign parameters (UTM tags) to know what brought you here.
• Basic technical data. A session cookie to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested).

How we use it

• To operate the service: signing you in, building your courses, grading quizzes, reviewing activity submissions, tracking progress, and issuing certificates.
• To process payments and, where warranted, refunds.
• To improve the product using feedback and aggregate usage.
• To measure advertising: we use the Google tag (Google Ads) to measure signups and purchases that come from our ads, which involves Google setting advertising cookies. See "Advertising" below.

We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing

Course generation, tutoring, grading, and submission review are performed by AI models from Anthropic. The content needed for those features (your topic requests, tutor messages, quiz answers, and submissions) is sent to Anthropic's API for processing under their commercial terms; API inputs are not used to train their models.

Service providers

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: Twilio (sign-in codes and phone screening), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing), and Google (advertising measurement). Each receives only what its function requires.

Advertising and cookies

We use a session cookie that is strictly necessary for sign-in. If you arrive via a Google ad, Google's tag may set cookies to attribute your visit and any signup or purchase to that ad. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time using the feedback tool on any page, and we will remove it except for records we must keep (such as payment records required for tax and accounting).

Children

Zipgo Learn is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
