Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Zipgo Learn at learn.zipgo.ai ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

What the service is

Zipgo Learn builds interactive, university-style courses on topics you request, using AI. A course typically includes an entry self-assessment, lesson modules, quizzes, hands-on activities, an AI tutor, and a completion certificate. Generation usually takes on the order of half an hour.

Accounts

Sign-in is by one-time code sent to your phone number. You are responsible for keeping control of that number; anyone who can receive codes on it can access your account. You must be at least 13 to use the service.

Pricing and payment

• Your first course is free.
• After that, each course is priced individually: before you buy, we show a firm quote based on the course's estimated complexity and the tier you choose. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there are no subscriptions or hidden fees.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Referral credits, when you have them, are applied automatically to your next course.

Generation, failures, and refunds

Course generation is a substantial computation that starts once your payment completes, so purchases cannot be cancelled mid-generation. If generation fails, we retry it at no extra cost. If we can't deliver your course, or something else goes wrong, contact us at support@zipgo.ai or through the feedback tool — refunds are issued for undelivered or defective courses.

AI-generated content

Courses, tutoring answers, grading, and submission reviews are produced by AI. We work to make them accurate and rigorous, but AI output can contain errors — verify anything you rely on, and treat courses as learning material, not professional (medical, legal, financial, or safety) advice. Certificates reflect completion of a Zipgo Learn course; they are not accredited qualifications.

Your content and license

You retain rights to material you upload (such as activity submissions). Courses generated for you may be used freely for your personal learning. We may host, display, and adapt generated courses as part of operating the service, including offering verified courses in the public catalog.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to request content that is illegal or intended to cause harm, don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the platform, don't resell access, and don't abuse free-course, referral, or refund mechanics. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above and announce material changes on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
